Are you ready for the RNIB’s ‘Take on 250’ challenge?

We’ll be participating in the Royal National Institute of Blind People’s ‘Take on 250’ challenge!

Every day, in the UK, around 250 people begin to lose their sight.

In January 2023, you can take on your own challenge and feel that great sense of achievement, while helping RNIB smash the barriers faced by people living with a visual impairment.

Choose a new challenge or take on something you love, completing 250 of whatever you decide. You can ‘Take on 250’ as an individual or with a team of friends, family or colleagues.

Here are just a few ideas:

  • Run or walk 250 laps of your local park

  • Do 250 minutes of yoga

  • Knit 250 items and hold a sale

  • Climb your stairs 250 times

  • Swim 250 lengths of your local swimming pool

  • Dance to 250 songs

  • Do 250 keepy-uppies

  • Collect 250 5p and 20p coins and donate

  • Raise £250 for RNIB as a business throughout January

Whatever you choose to do, join the challenge and make a big difference to people in Cheshire who live with a visual impairment.

Once you’ve chosen your challenge, pick an appropriate timeframe and decide on your fundraising target.
